Terms of Service

Effective: 18 August 2026

These terms govern use of inference services operated by Arbitr.

1. Service

Arbitr provides hosted access to AI model inference through API endpoints and may change model availability, capacity, pricing, limits, or infrastructure as necessary to operate the service.

2. Acceptable use

Users must not use the service in violation of applicable law, third-party rights, upstream model licenses, or the terms and policies of distribution platforms through which the service is accessed.

3. Availability and capacity

Inference is provided subject to available capacity. Requests may be rate-limited or rejected when capacity is exhausted. Unless separately agreed in writing, no specific uptime, latency, throughput, or service-level guarantee is provided.

4. Model outputs

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for evaluating outputs before relying on them, especially for consequential decisions.

5. Data handling

Inference data is handled according to the Arbitr Privacy & Data Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Infrastructure and third parties

Arbitr may use third-party compute, networking, security, and hosting providers to operate the service. Availability may therefore depend on third-party infrastructure.

7. Suspension

Access may be limited or suspended to protect service security and integrity, prevent abuse, respond to legal requirements, or address material violations of these terms.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Contact

Provider and service inquiries: providers@arbitr.uk.

These terms are intended as operational service terms and are not a representation of regulatory certification.
